Album design and approval must be completed before printing.

Once the design is approved, printing usually takes 10–15 working days.

After printing, dispatch is arranged within 3–5 working days.
Processing time may vary during peak wedding seasons.
2. Shipping Timeline

Domestic shipping (within India): Usually delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch.

International shipping (if applicable): Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country.
Tracking details will be shared once the product is dispatched.
3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for albums in the city may be included in your package.

For outstation or international deliveries, additional shipping costs may apply and will be communicated in advance.
4. Packaging
All albums and products are carefully packed using protective materials to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
5. Delivery Address
Clients are requested to provide an accurate and complete shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipment
In the rare case of damage during transit:

Please inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package.

Share clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
