Welcome to Shades of Aşk Photography. By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

 

 

1. Booking & Confirmation

• A booking is confirmed only after receipt of a signed agreement and advance payment.

• Dates are reserved exclusively upon confirmation.

• All bookings are subject to availability.

 

 

2. Payments

• A non-refundable booking amount is required to secure the date.

• Remaining payments must be cleared as per the agreed payment schedule.

• Deliverables (albums, videos, raw data, etc.) will be shared only after full payment is received.

• Any additional services requested beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.

 

 

3. Custom Packages

• We do not offer fixed packages.

• All services are customised based on client requirements, events, duration, and deliverables.

• Final pricing will be shared after discussion and requirement analysis.

 

 

4. Travel & Accommodation

• For weddings outside Pune, travel and stay arrangements for the team must be arranged by the client.

• Alternatively, actual travel and accommodation expenses will be charged additionally.

 

 

5. Coverage & Creative Rights

• We strive to capture all key moments; however, photography is a creative process and exact poses, angles, or moments cannot be guaranteed.

• Clients trust our creative judgment regarding style, editing, and final selection of images and videos.

 

 

6. Delivery Timeline

• Edited photos and films will be delivered within the agreed timeline mentioned in the contract.

• Delivery timelines begin after the final event date and complete payment clearance.

• Album designing will begin after the client selects images.

 

 

7. Raw Data Policy

• Raw (unedited) data is not included unless specifically agreed upon.

• If included, it will be delivered after full payment clearance.

• We are not responsible for storage of raw data beyond the agreed duration.

 

 

8. Copyright & Usage

• All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of Shades of Aşk.

• Clients receive personal usage rights.

• Commercial usage or third-party publication requires written permission.

• We reserve the right to use images/videos for portfolio, website, social media, competitions, and promotional purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.

 

 

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Booking amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

• Rescheduling is subject to date availability.

• In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disaster, illness, emergency), we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative solution.

 

 

10. Limitation of Liability

• While we take utmost care with equipment and data backup, in the rare event of data loss due to technical failure or unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to a refund of payments received.

• We are not responsible for missed moments due to delays in schedule, restrictions at venue, or interference by guests/vendors.

 

 

11. Website Use

• All content on this website (images, text, videos, branding) is protected by copyright.

• Unauthorized copying, downloading, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

 

 

12. Governing Law

 

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Pune, Maharashtra.
